Residential Construction Field Technician

Rareform is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Field Technician to support our residential construction projects throughout the Valley. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying active, solving problems, and contributing to high-quality custom homes and renovations.

Responsibilities

  • Material pickups, deliveries, and job site logistics 
  • Job site cleaning, organization, and maintenance 
  • Install and maintain temporary protection materials 
  • Assist with basic wood framing and finish carpentry 
  • Minor drywall patching and finishing 
  • Interior and exterior painting touch up
  • Finish hardware installation and adjustments 
  • Digging, grading, and general site labor 
  • Basic irrigation repairs and troubleshooting 
  • Punch list completion and quality control items 
  • Assist project managers with daily field tasks 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site environment 
  • Direct general laborers when needed

Qualifications

  • Construction experience required
  • Basic knowledge of residential construction practices and tools 
  • Ability to work independently and follow direction 
  • Strong attention to detail and organization 
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic is mandatory
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions 
  • Ability to operate basic power tools safely and efficiently 
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Compensation

·  Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and skill level 

·  Typical starting range: $22–$32 per hour 

·  Paid time off and holidays available after introductory period 

·  Company vehicle 

·  Tools and equipment provided 

·  Work on high-end custom residential projects with a team focused on quality craftsmanship and professionalism
